Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products on Benalux.es:

Prices: All prices shown include applicable VAT.

Shipping: Shipments are made within 24/48 business hours throughout the peninsula. We are not responsible for delays outside of our logistics management.

Right of Withdrawal: According to Spanish law, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to return it. The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions: Returns of paint containers that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Warranty: Our products come with the current legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

Applicable Law: Purchases made at Benalux are subject to Spanish law.
